Biography

Amanda serves as Receptionist for Herbert Machnik Law Firm. This position sets the tone for our clients’ experiences and she contributes to this by providing excellent client service and presenting a positive and professional image to visitors and callers. Amanda handles a variety of essential duties within the firm such as client intake, scheduling appointments, directing callers to the appropriate staff member and giving our clients a welcoming experience. She also supports the firm with her administrative skills, including filing, organization, interoffice communication, maintaining and updating internal documents, assisting the firm with development of processes and automated systems, managing mail and deliveries, and other general office administration. Amanda has experience as both an executive administrative assistant and a public-school teacher where she developed excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Her service and experience strengthen the quality of attention and care Herbert Machnik Law Firm clients have come to expect.
